Dr. Shaleem Jacob

Dr. Shaleem Jacob was a Research Fellow at University College London before starting VectorisBio. He has deep expertise in viral vector bioprocessing and purification. His work spans adenoviral and lentiviral platforms, supporting next-generation vaccine and gene therapy development. At VectorisBio, Shaleem brings over a decade of experience translating complex bioprocess challenges into scalable solutions. He has led projects in collaboration with global institutions including the NIH, Oxford Biomedica, Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) and the Gates Foundation, and has contributed to the development of critical vector technologies used in both academic and commercial settings. Shaleem holds a PhD in Biotechnology from the University of Cambridge.

Dr. Moritz Wüstenberg

Dr. Moritz Wüstenberg is a legal and regulatory expert with deep experience at the intersection of infrastructure, energy, and life sciences. At VectorisBio, he draws on a unique background spanning project management, international energy law, and biochemical engineering. Moritz has led complex permitting and regulatory processes for multibillion-euro infrastructure projects and served as legal counsel in high-profile EU-level proceedings. He holds a PhD in EU and international law, an MSc in Bioproduct Technology, and a BEng in Biochemical Engineering. Moritz combines legal precision with technical fluency to help navigate innovation in tightly regulated environments.
