Dr. Shaleem Jacob
Dr. Shaleem Jacob was a Research Fellow at University College London before starting VectorisBio. He has deep expertise in viral vector bioprocessing and purification. His work spans adenoviral and lentiviral platforms, supporting next-generation vaccine and gene therapy development. At VectorisBio, Shaleem brings over a decade of experience translating complex bioprocess challenges into scalable solutions. He has led projects in collaboration with global institutions including the NIH, Oxford Biomedica, Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) and the Gates Foundation, and has contributed to the development of critical vector technologies used in both academic and commercial settings. Shaleem holds a PhD in Biotechnology from the University of Cambridge.
Dr. Moritz Wüstenberg
Dr. Moritz Wüstenberg is a legal and regulatory expert with deep experience at the intersection of infrastructure, energy, and life sciences. At VectorisBio, he draws on a unique background spanning project management, international energy law, and biochemical engineering. Moritz has led complex permitting and regulatory processes for multibillion-euro infrastructure projects and served as legal counsel in high-profile EU-level proceedings. He holds a PhD in EU and international law, an MSc in Bioproduct Technology, and a BEng in Biochemical Engineering. Moritz combines legal precision with technical fluency to help navigate innovation in tightly regulated environments.

Her background includes advising portfolio startups on go-to-market strategies, modelling complex investment scenarios, and leading capital allocation for high-growth infrastructure. Aarohi holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cambridge and combines financial acumen with a technical foundation in electrical engineering to drive sustainable growth.

Raphael is a physician-scientist with advanced training in Internal Medicine, Cardioloy and Clinical Epidemiology with clinical and academic experience across Europe and the US. Dedicated to advancing patient care, he brings experience across strategic healthcare initiatives and technology-enabled ventures. He holds an MPH from Harvard and an MBA from Cambridge.
